You can download any data from your GPS to your computer using GPS Trackmaker which can be downloaded and run for free. Then save the track as a text file. Open the file in notepad and copy the data. Paste it into the window and submit to see your track drawn on a map.

You can also click on this map to draw a series of points - do this slowly to allow the image to refresh. When you submit the details of the points will be shown.
