Four kilometres of surfaced road. Fotinos has several old buildings almost hidden by more recent developments. To the west of the church a vaulted stone building looks like a fortress. Below the church is a wash-house with fragments of ornately carved stone decorating the walls. It is said to be 800 years old.
Leave Armeni on the road signed for Koumi. This is a very worn tarmac road.
1 km. Take the left fork beside the military barracks.
1.5 km. The road soon passes a large quarry to the east which is a prominent landmark visible from several walks and useful for orientation.You can see a church on top of a pointed hill to the south. This sits on a hill just east of
4 km. Fotinos. The road continues south to the village.
