Coffee, tea

Both can be drunk in moderation. Coffee is a powerful stimulant, but it is also an irritant to the digestive system. The tannins in tea can also interfere with mineral uptake from the food, and cause staining of the teeth.

Coffee tea  Posted by carol colvacceshia (message id=3707 )
I have just had a test to say I have been diagnosed with an Yeast intolerance. I have about one cup of coffee a day at work, does it have to be any particular one, I will have to have milk so either soya or goats milk but I will have to have a sweetner, any suggestions, as I have sweet tooth.

After every meal I like a pudding any yeast free puddings you can suggest please.
