8 oz / 225g rice
1 large onion
1pinch fresh herbs to taste
salt to taste
8 oz / 225g cod or haddock or coley
2 oz / 50g tuna or salmon
4 oz / 100g prepared prawns
2 oz / 50g shelled walnuts
2 oz / 50g button mushrooms
1 tin tinned mussels in their shells
Instructions:
Cook the rice until soft together with the onions and herbs and salt.
Cook the fish by steaming and gently flake the fish.
Keep some prawns and mussels to decorate the top.
Mix all the ingredients together while hot, then cover and reheat in an oven for 30 minutes.
