½ lb / 225g minced pork
2 oz / 50g onion, chopped
2 oz / 50g gluten free breadcrumbs
salt to taste
fresh ground black pepper to taste
2 tsp / 5g herbs to taste: sage, thyme
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients.
Cooking:
If cooked separately from the bird, place in a baking tray beside the roasting bird for the last 30 to 40 minutes.
