Turkeyburgers

Ingredients
Serves 4
12 oz or 325 g minced turkey
4 oz or 100 g minced belly pork
Herbs to taste
Salt to taste
Rice flour t dust tray

Instructions

Use a food processor to blend the ingredients together.

Spoon the mixture onto a tray dusted with rice flour.

Fry in fat or oil, turning to cook both sides, until brown.
