Foods that are worth a special order:
Sorghum flour, millet flour and gram flour are useful glutenfree flours for baking.
They are often available in shops specialising in food from Africaand Asia.
Your local health food shop may be willing to order these from a specialistflour mill or you can order them direct.
A group of coeliacs in your local society may be willing to clubtogether to order the minimum wholesale quantity and so reduce prices.
Store larger quantities of dry flour in a deep freeze, placingthe bag or packet inside a polythene bag and only remove smaller quantitiesas you need them. Dry flour will keep for a year or more in this way.
The following I was able to obtain when I wrote the book, but havenot been able to obtain at all recently in the UK:
sago flour
tapioca flour
teff flour
yam flour

Hi,
I am selling GF flours on ebay. At the moment I sell almond powder, sorghum flour, potato flour, chick pea flour, Rice flour, Yellow maize flour (cornmeal, millet flour, Tapioca flour and pounded Yam flour. I am just about to add Ghee too.
I know if is impolite to self publicise, but thought I would mention it because there seems to be problems sourcing Tapioca and Yam, in particular. which is indeed why I decided to start selling it! its my bit of public duty really, it is not going to make me rich!!
Cheers

Chamberlins looks as though it has the ingredients you need.
I've had great success with the good folk in the link below. They're based in Rochdale, Lancashire. They specialize in gluten free products, including Teff flour, Hemp flour and Tapioca flour (which is considered to be a fair substitute for sago flour by some!)
There are other gluten free products which may be of interest.
