This is an 11 mile walk through narrow green lanes, and back down the side of the estuary. Note that this stretch is only passable at low tide, but the path just below the cliffs is firm.
Quite strenuous as there is a lot of up and down.
Good free parking at Labrador Bay.

Sadly you will need to update your notes on this walk as the car parking at Labrador now requires a set contribution to Teignbridge
