Gluten-freeI have to follow a gluten-free diet since being diagnosed as a celiac
many years ago. When I was first diagnosed there was no clear
and easily information available. I was asked to write a book to
fill this gap. This book is still regarded as one of the best that
explains how to cook for the coeliac diet. The second edition
is sold in bookshops worldwide, but the first edition is available
without charge on these pages. The second edition has simplified
many recipes and added yet more variety.

The theories in this site are based entirely on conventional
physics. There are no claims of magic or strange forces. The laws
of nature are not bent or twisted to support some weird theories. If
you can show that the hypotheses set out below are false, then let
me, and everyone else know exactly why – but you must argue from the
basic principles of science. Don’t quote me a university text book or
a Victorian vicar that states that “It cannot be possible”. Follow my arguments step by step, and then identify the flaws in the logic. Time and again, the reaction of the scientist or layman having this theory explained is “now you have explained it – it is obvious! However can it have been overlooked?” Many thousands of scientists and layman have now studied these theories. No one has yet provided the evidence to refute them. For the scientist, the following is a hypothesis – how can anyone be certain. Read the hypothesis, then see how the evidence accumulates to support it. Above all, think for yourself! LightningSomething as commonplace as a lightning discharge should be accurately described by meteorological textbooks - but they talk of positive lightning and return strokes. Can they be serious?Here is a theory of lightning that doesn't break all the rules of physics.

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to Promote the move of polluting industry and power generation out into space.
If our civilisation has a future we need to move the polluting industry and power generation out into space. We need power from the sun, and power from nuclear sources, but the place for these is out in space. We may have only a brief window of opportunity where we have the resources and skill to attempt this move into space. Many writers have explored the new frontiers that such a move produces, and the vibrant cultures that could develop. Equally they have explored the stagnation and decay of civilisations in decline. The historical record is full of civilisations that have flowered and then fallen into decay. We must take all the resources that we need to lift our civilisation into space to ensure a long term future for our descendents in space,for life on this planet. To give an exciting focus for all our generations. A source of inspiration, a reason for study, investment for new industries, a long term solution to chemical and carbon pollution. It is the only way forward.
