ok. im researching some information about gluton free foods because my mom has a little preschooler( my moms a preschool teacher) and she would like some info on gluton free foods to make the little girl in her class GLUTON FREE. this little girl in her class has celiac. and she is not able to eat foods with gluton in it without having a bad reaction.

I have tried to loose weight for years and I am seriously wondering if I am alergic to Gluton, have all sweets got gluton in them ?and what is Gluton?it does make me wonder if this is the cause of my flare ups with my Ostioatheritis.

is gluton a naturaly accuring substance in corn,wheat etc, or has it been genetically modified over the years to make bread more palitable to the public ( life,and consistent to the public ) . the bread in spain italy etc is very hard etc, and only lasts hours, instead of days .

Gluten is a natural part of wheat, barley, rye.
But selective breeding of wheat by farmers over many generations has increased the gluten levels as this is what makes good bread.
Bread manufacturing in the UK includes other ingredients to increase the shelf life and keep the bread soft. Home made bread without these ingredients will go hard as quickly as the Spanish bread.

My son is 2 years old. He is allergy to bread, biscuit and those food make with flours. The body reaction will come on within half an hour after he eating the bread or biscuit. His body will come out with red rashes especially the shoulder and back and are very itchy. Is he allergy to gluton?

Plse list some of these "other ingredients" in bread.Note that old style bread had the reputation of being more healthy after ageing a day or so.Kids were told that fresh bread tasted nice but was not good .
