The Book

I would just like to say well done for your excellent, easy to read and no-nonsense web-page re: food combining.
My husband and I are both on the food combining life-style, and we are both benefiting from it already (and we are only on day 3!).
I admire you for making the advice about food combining simple and accessible, as other books make it unnecessarily complex.
Kind regards,
Mary (Staffs

menu for food combining
Posted by Mark
I am opening a restaurant and i want to base the menu on proper food combing without losing the art and taste in good food.
I want the menu to reflect a european country food.

Hello,
Is all this excellent food combining information available in a book (printed or download-able)?
