Isn't cream cheese a protein?? Because I have seen many people talking about having it on bagels in the morning. isn't that combining starches and proteins, or am I missing something?

Re: A little confused  Posted by
hi stacey and ali i am pretty sure that is a fat because there is only 2 grams of protein in it. there is 6grams of fat in it also, that is why i think it is a fat. good luck both of you girls. linda

A little jam on starch or a little butter is fine.
I use a little olive oil.
