I've read maybe 1000 sites on food combining and one of the most important principles (according to many of them) is that fruit, since it digests so easily, should be eaten on an empty stomach for proper assimilation and digestion, and IF eaten after a meal will ferment and turn to poison...AHHHH!!!! It's a wonder I'm still alive after 54 years of eating fruit whenever I felt the desire. ) Anyway, if there's any truth to that, then, why, on your "meal plan", is fruit always after a meal?
