Dolomites: Marmelada, one man chair, path back to Col del Rossi 2017:06:27 pageid = 4778 parentid = 7704
Caught the bus up to the Marmelade, raining, open tiny gondola cages.
Top is nowehere near the ice front so came back down in the gondola again.
Walked up path 604 from the dam. Steep climb up with good flowers. We sheltered from a thunderstorm while we ate our lunch. At the top a mostly level path with excellent views, plenty of flowers.
Back to Col del Rossi and then the pair of gondolas back to Canazei.
